Sylvia Woycechowsky passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 20, 2011, at Lourdes Hospital.
She was predeceased by her parents; Walter and Mary (Buchinsky) Zalner and her granddaughter; Melane Mary.
She is survived by her husband; Brian Woycechowsky of Vestal, three sons; David (Melissa) Woycechowsky of Syracuse, Dr. Kenneth Woycechowsky of Salt Lake City, UT, Douglas (Hannah Rae) Woycechowsky of Portland, OR, two daughters; Susan (Andrew) White of Horseheads, and Amy (Daniel) Keyes of Syracuse, ten grandchildren; Emily, Vanessa, Madeline, Michael, Colin, Sean, Mallory, and Thomas White, and Connor and Makayla Keyes, her sister; Pauline (Michael) Tugwell of Johnson City, her niece and nephew; Elizabeth Tugwell of Brighton and Matthew Tugwell of Johnson City.
Sylvia was a graduate of Syracuse University School of Nursing and a retired public health nurse for the City of Binghamton.

Funeral Information

A Funeral Mass will be offered by Rev. John Mikalajunas on Friday at 11am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 165 Clifton Boulevard, Vestal. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Thursday 3:30-6pm at the Chopyak-Scheider Funeral Home, 326 Prospect Street, Binghamton.
